CUPCAKE​SUNDAYS​

The following changes will take effect on the start date of the 2012-2013 Cupcake Sundays season.

I. Cupcake Sundays playoffs will begin on week 15 of the NFL season.

II. All trades must be completed no later than 2 weeks prior to the playoffs (week 13).

​

III. No manager may field an empty team for any reason. Violators will be subject to the following penalties:

​

      1st offense:    I. The loss of a 1st round draft pick
                             II. A one game suspension to be served week 1 of the following season.

     

      2nd offense:   I. The loss of a 1st and 3rd round draft pick
                             II. 3 game suspension to be served weeks 1-3 of the following season.

      3rd offense:   I. One year suspension of all cupcake Sundays related activities.

IV. League Implements Draft Lottery to Ensure Competitive Integrity

To promote fair play and discourage tanking, the league has introduced a draft lottery for the bottom three teams. This system ensures that draft order is determined by chance rather than performance, fostering a more competitive and balanced environment.
